Can you believe it's almost Mother's Day already? I love Mother's Day, personally. We don't take nearly enough time to stop and tell the moms in our life how much they mean to us and how grateful we are for everything they do. Now that I'm a mom myself, every day I'm reminded of how much my mom did for my brother and I growing up as I now do the same for my little girl. It's truly a never ending job. The laundry, making meals, lesson plans, planning activities, finding everyday teachable moments, kissing boo-boos, brushing hair, cuddling, cleaning, driving 40 minutes to gymnastics and back. We never stop. So mommies, thank you, for all you do. We're raising some amazing kiddos that are going to do amazing things for this world. We deserve a pat on the back!
Taking pictures WITH your kids is JUST as important (if not MORE important) than just taking pictures OF your kids. One day, your kids will look back at old photos and want to see the mom they remember when they were little. They love you for you, just the way you are and will cherish those photos more than you will someday.
To celebrate all you amazing moms, I'll be sharing some of my favorite MOM images and sessions with you this week!
The first session I'm sharing this week is one of my all time favorite Mommy & Me sessions- a 50's inspired photo session! We had SO much fun with this one! Nothing cuter than a tiny little rockabilly girl!
Here you'll find a closer look at some
of my sessions, helpful pre-session
information, and TONS of other fun
stuff like recipes and fun printables!
